Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting our players' privacy. To that end, we offer this statement to inform our players of how we define, gather and utilise personally identifiable information.

We will take reasonable steps to protect player privacy consistent with the guidelines set forth in this policy and English law. We define personally identifiable information as information that includes any combination of the following: a person's full name, date of birth and/or email address. We will only gather information on our players when they volunteer the information, either during the registration process or through subsequent profile updates.

We request that a user be 18 years of age or older before submitting personally identifiable information and we ask minors to get permission from a supervising adult before submitting personally identifiable information. We may use personally identifiable information collected online to develop and improve the products, benefits and services we offer to our players.

We operate a strict OPT IN email policy, although a valid email address forms part of the registration process; thereafter our players wishes are respected, this includes notification of any prizes that have been won. We may also use email addresses or other personally identifiable information to contact users who directly communicate with FSPORTS. For example, we will contact players to notify them of competition updates or that they have won a/some prize(s).

We support the requirements and intent of the Data Protection Act of 1998. We encourage users to be smart about choosing when and to whom to release information online. We reserve the right to modify, alter or otherwise update this policy at any time, so players are encouraged to review this policy from time to time. Do not disclose your user name and password to anybody.
